  • A: Depending on your surgery and medical history, your surgeon may require you to have a nurse to care for you in the beginning hours following your surgery. Your nurse can administer your medications, monitor your vitals and assist you with wound care, drain tubes, etc. They can also provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, getting dressed, preparing meals, light housekeeping, laundry and general household management. We will work with you and your surgeon’s office to customize a plan of care that promotes your safety and best outcome for recovery.

  • Q: How will I Be Able To Transport To And From Surgery And To My Follow-Up Appointments?
  • A: Yes, New You Concierge Services we provide much transportation options that are mostly included in your desired packages. You can also hire New You Concierge Services for affordable, Luxurious Limo transportation (Pricing competitive to Uber) to or from your surgery and/or post operative appointments, airport p/u and d/o, Pharmacy, supplies, site-seeing, including but limited to daily errands.

  • Q: What will I eat during my recovery?

  • A: New You provides a seven day menu for healthy eating along with an individualize planning accommodating a specialized diet. Whether you’re in a hotel, rooming house, VBRO or home away New You provides 3 healthy meals per day included in your desired package.

  • Q: Who will clean my garments and clothes?

  • A: New You CNA and Senior Caregivers provide assistance such as personal hygiene, showering, dressing and washing of clothes daily.

  • Q: In The Event Of An Emergency, What Will My Nurse Do?

  • A: You can rest assured that nurses on our New You registry are experienced with post-op care and are CPR certified. Thus, in the event of an emergency, a standard protocol will be followed and they will call 911 first and then contact your surgeon’s office immediately.

  • Q: Who will schedule and do my lymphatic massages?

  • A: The New You team wants you to rest assured that our Board Certified licensed lymphatic massage specialist are experienced with post-op care.
